to the children who suffer from EB and the Celebrities who help their

To the stars in the sky
That watch over us at night.
To the Stars here on Earth
That help with our fight.

We thank you today
For expressing your cares.
And coming to answer
Our most simplest of prayers:

To have a good life
Like any child should.
You give us that hope
Like a Star only could.

We are frail, but not weak.
We live our lives strong.
And with your care and love,
May our lives be long.

You looked past our scars,
That we've suffered from birth.
For this we give thanks,
To the Stars here on Earth.
